A new Diablo 4 expansion slated for late 2024!

Blizzard have released their teaser for the first expansion to the Action RPG and they have dubbed it "Vessel of Hatred". Few details are known at this stage but the development team have promised to include a "brand new, never-before-seen class" known as the Spiritborn. Dataminers have been hard at work trying to glean their first look into what kind of game play the Spiritborn will entail. It this stage it looks like the new class will be a hybrid between a barbarian and a druid with glaives the weapon of choice.

There are numerous rumors that this new expansion will cost between US$40 - US$90 which is causing quite a stir in the ARPG community. Some are avowing not to purchase an expansion that will potentially cost more than the actual game (US$70) while others believe that there will be a sweetener (in game currency/extra stash space/custom companion) included to justify the hefty price tag. All will be revealed later during the year! I will most certainly be holding out for the first "fire sale" before committing to that kind of gaming investment.
