As we grow, we will be adding a ticket system and live chat for any issues that come up.

Known Issues and Bugs

• For servers that support it, RCON setup and support is being worked on. Minecraft RCON is enabled.
• Events calendar repeat events not working yet
• SSL Cert not working for site emails Hotmail doesn't trust server's IP address - working to resolve
• Automatic backups of world save files are not enabled yet. You will want to use an ftp client to make your own world backups for now.

FAQ

Q: When are you going to have more server locations?
A: Once we are able to afford the costs we will have a server setup on the east coast. From there the sky's the limit. Or is it? Moon servers?

Q: When I rented a server it said 10 slots?
A: For our founding members we will not be enforcing any player slot caps. It won't be that way forever tell your friends.

Q: Is the rumor that your servers have harnessed the pure power of Idaho potatoes and thus making your server's super enhanced true?
A: Of course not... We also are not in the habit of giving away our trade secrets.
