This weeks gaming, entertainment, and drama round up.

Is Valheim's release schedule to slow? I honestly think so. If I was in charge over at Iron Gate I would have doubled the dev team to like 10 solid developers and that could have shortened the release time by several months at least and keep the game's hype train rolling. As it is, it's moth balled and forgotten about far earlier then is healthy imo.

Minecraft fixed a bug after 14 years. I guess it was in the debug menu and no body knew what it was for and now its finally gone. I thought i was bad getting bugs fixed... This has to be a record. although Wildcard probably is edging close to that kinda a timeline with some of their known issues that haven't been fixed over the years.

Speaking of which, Ark's ASA timeline is a mess and Aberration is still planning on coming out soon. I kinda have to be honest I'm not all that excited right now. I dunno maybe if the steampunk stuff is cool that i already paid for is epic I might be but right now I couldn't care less if it never comes out.

And Borderlands movie I guess really sucks. I did have a great time playing Borderlands back in the day. I loved the comic art style and the carnage was great. I guess the sequels started to drop off from what i hear. I dunno I think I played the second one but haven't touched it in a really long time. Unfortunately the CEO at Gear Box isn't taking it very well and is getting all angry and posting some stuff calling people dicks and blocking people. Not a good look.

I guess if I worked hard on some piece entertainment and released it and it was overwhelming not well received I'd be pretty devastated, but I wouldn't be lashing out. I'd probably just go crawl into a hole for a while and listen to some emo music for a while and then snap out of it and move on with my life.

The movie apparently has completely bombed at the box office, brining in only 21 mill worldwide in the first week. I do think Cate Blanchett is a treasure but I wouldn't have cast her for this movie. Kevin Heart is normally funny and I dunno how to feel about Jack Black these days. I'm not sure who the target audience is for this flick with the cast of older chicks. So there is now draw for me to go check it out. I will watch it eventually when its free streaming somewhere.
