The Diablo III real money auction house update. Undead cow level?

I'm not completely sure but it says u can use a credit card or pay pal, It said paypal could be linked to your battle.net account would charge a 15% transfer fee to pull your money out, but not xfering money in as far as I understood it.
Was watching some of the blizzcasts on the reveal page (blizzcast 17) and he mentioned that the cow king was killed in d2 and that he might come back from the dead. Kick ass.
