The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard

By Hammer Jul 30th 2012 at 12:07 am MDT
First Expansion for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim "Dawnguard" launched on June 26 for XBOX 360 for 1,600 points.

Where's the PC version you ask? Apparently Microsoft had a one month exclusivity. That makes sense for the PS3 version. Why not let your PC user's have the Expansion at the same time as the Xbox? Do we not run Microsoft Windows on most of our PC's? I don't get it. I'm done ranting. The good news is we will hear of a release date sometime this week. I'm not totally sure if this is going to be a free DLC (down loadable content) or a small fee.

Here's what we should expect in the Expansion. It's Vamps and more Vamps. You can side with Dawnguard (the vampire hunters) or join the Vampires (who are trying to destroy the sun lol). There are new area's to explore. New dragon shouts, new tomes, solve new puzzels, new armor and weapons (you can craft dragon bone weapons...).

There is a new skill tree if you become a vampire and can even morph into a bad ass Vampire Lord. He has some cool abilities like, Raise the dead, teleport as a cloud of bats.

Calm down team Jacob, you get a skill tree for being a werewolf as well.

You can battle while mounted also. (Kick Ass)
